We are working on our first publication (Families Creating Future), where we aim to reconnect a concept that seems separated but is intrinsically linked.
The family as the fundamental axis of society, entrepreneurial families as the main axis of the economy, the need to understand and apply a model that allows the entrepreneurial family to transcend, aligning its heritage, family, and business vision. (See Serebrenik model), as well as the great opportunity to establish a family office that allows the legacy to transcend through generations.
Finally, we will focus on highlighting the connection between companies, their leaders, and their legacies, which globally are generating solutions in terms of sustainability (agribusiness, reforestation, energy transition, green economies, access to clean water, among others). Issues and opportunities that, in terms of sustainability, are cross-cutting in Latin America.
